• A tool gave the wrong answer, or refused a file it should have handled.
• Something is unreadable, unusable by keyboard, or broken on your browser.
• A page says something that is untrue or out of date.
• A tool you expected to find here and did not.

It will not help us and it works against the whole point of the site. Tell us the format, roughly the size, which browser you used and what the tool said — that is enough to reproduce almost anything. If a file really is the only way to show the problem, say so first and we will talk about how.

Usually a few days. This is a small site and there is no support desk behind it, so the honest answer is that a reply depends on someone reading their mail.

It cannot recover a file you have already closed — nothing is kept, so there is nothing to recover. It cannot open a file for you, and nobody here will ever ask you to send one.
